paikallisessa ravitsemusliikkeessä järjestetään penkkikilpailu, johon on tulossa parhaimpia penkkipunnertajia eri puolilta suomea.
jos on kiinnostusta, niin paikalle kannattaa tulla katsomaan tai osallistumaan jos tietää pärjäävänsä.

Tänään on loimaalla suomen ehkä kovatasoisimmat penkkikisat   :jepso:

Suomen kovimmat nostajat samaan aikaan samassa kisassa.
Esim. 8 kilpailijaa jotka nostaa penkistä 250kg   :blink:
