Rasvaton, sokeriton ja suolaton  :drool:
Sekoitan ruokaani Kitekattia. Mainoksen mukaan se pitää mirrin virkeänä ja karvan kiiltävänä.

Vähärasvainen jogurtti on ok, jos vähärasvaisuutta ei ole korjattu valtavalla määrällä sokeria. Vähärasvainen kermaviili menettelee myös. Mutta juustoissa ei vähärasvaisuus vain oikein toimi  ::osmoke

Kyllä pari juustoa mitkä ovat vähärasvaisinakin hyviä löytyy :think:
Mutta aika järjestäen kuraa ovat :jees:

5% aamupala on ihan hyvää :jepso:
