Keittiöveitsissä täytyy olla jonkin verran ferriittiä, muutoin eivät pysy terävänä, rosteri on liian pehmeää. "100%" rosteriin ei ota magneetti kiinni, keittiöveitset silti hyvin pysyvät magneettitelineessä.

ruostumattoman teräksen nimitys on hieman hämäävä koskapa ruostumatonkin voi ruostua.. tosin ei niin helposti.. jaloteräs kait parempi nimitys.. edelstahl..  :jepso:
