Mä laskin vajaa kuukausi sitten oman painoindeksin, se oli hirvittävät 33,4..  :shocked: Eli olen merkittävästi lihava..  :sorry:
Ja mulla on ollut aikuistyypin (tyypin 2 diabetes) diabetes jo monta vuotta. Se on peritty kummankin suvun puolelta.. En ainakaan vielä tarvitse insuliini pistoksia vatsanahkaan. Toivottavasti en tarviikkaan!!
