Kohta lähdetään kävellen kylälle. Pitää käydä apteekissa hakemassa omat lääkkeet. On ainakin hyvä sää kävellä  :good:

Tuon kävelyn ja oikeanlaisen ravinnon ansiosta olen laihtunut 98 kilosta 93 kiloon   :jippii:
Voitte vaan arvata kuinka tyytyväinen olen itseeni!!!
Ensin kun ei tapahtunut mitään painon suhteen mut nyt se onkin yhtäkkiä lähtenyt alaspäin tosi mukavasti. Tästä on hyvä jatkaa!!  :dance:
